Thailand is filled with a variety of fruits that can be enjoyed all through the year, Thai tropical fruits are famous for their juiciness, fiber, and aroma.

TBI has acted as the dehydrated fruit processor and export to many countries worldwide. Through our experiences, there are various factors that determine the quality of dehydrated products such as moisture content, storage, conditions, packaging and other treatments. As a general rule, fruits intended to de processed using dehydrated methods should be those that are fresh, ripe, firm, unblemished and unbruised. The important thing to remember is that the dehydrated product can only be as good as the raw material from which it was processed. Therefore, to be processed must be selected with utmost care and attention.

Processing and quality control of the dehydrated method begins and ends with customer's specifications. The Dehydrated fruits we do now are Mango, Papaya, Coconut, Pineapple, Ginger, Guava, Goose berry, Cantaloupe, Tomato, Starfruit, Jackfruit.
